As a coach to high-achieving professional women, I know that one of the main struggles that we have as professional Black women is self-care. We have been raised to be superwomen. How often have you seen Superman or Superwoman take off their capes and settle in for a foot massage? Never, they are too busy saving the world. What I’m here to say is you need to save yourself first.  The world can wait. I need you to be taken care of first.
