Lack of self-care is a top complaint of professional women. Given the stressful times we are living in and the mental health crisis that exists, self-care is a necessity for professional women’s well-being. But it’s not a one size fits all.
My self-care assessment will help you determine what your personalized self-care needs are. After you take the assessment, you will receive a report that explains your strengths and opportunities for growth. Your report will detail which of the 4 core energy blocks ( Self-love, Overcome, Adaptable or Realign) represent your primary and secondary self-care needs. You will receive a digital self-care toolkit specific to your results. Then the course will provide you with a personalized self-development plan over a period of 4 weeks that caters to your primary need.
The course is self-paced but is designed to take about 4 weeks to complete. After you go through the personal development curriculum and coaching you will design your own self-care plan using everything you learned and upload it for feedback from your instructor and coach, Dr. Stephanie. You can also take advantage of a 30-minute coaching consultation to dive deeper into your self-care needs and put a plan into action.
